Climate Change Impact Assessment Tool - Update for LSPs on NI 188 (Planning to Adapt to Climate Change). Climate change is a global issue, but its effects are ultimately experienced locally. Planning adaptation measures will enable organisations to continue to meet service delivery, and care for their communities. This briefing note aimed at LSPs gives a summary of the potential vulnerabilities and opportunities from major weather events and a changing climate within Essex. It recommends that all LSPs undertake a Local Climate Impact Assessment of their activities using the Impact Assessment Tool. This tool is simple to use and has been designed to help organisations to assess their exposure to weather and climate risks.
