The Essex Strategy is the Countywide Sustainable Community Strategy which the county council is required to prepare, in consultation with partners, as part of the Local Government Act 2000.
It is an 'umbrella' document for the activities of all the key partners in Essex. It has been compiled from the views of Essex people and shows a vision of the sustainable development of Essex into the medium term future. It provides a strategic steer to ensure the Essex Partnership vision is achieved: -
