Essex Provider Directory

A new excel database has been restructured so that information can be accessed in a clearer more concise format.

Some additional functions have been added including

  • Printable project summary sheets
  • Specific feedback forms for amendments and additions – these are accessed through clicking on the relevant button and are automatically sent through to a dedicated mailbox.

Further developments are planned including refining the filter catalogue and standardising entries

We have not had time undertake a full data cleanse and therefore it is acknowledged that some of the provider information requires updating/deleting and that new provision needs to be added.

To assist us in that task we would ask that colleagues review the information contained in the database and complete the appropriate feedback sheet.

(Please note that before you press the send button, at the top right of the form, please ensure you have hit the return button after entering each amendment/addition).

An updated database, incorporating all  the amendments, will be uploaded onto the website on a monthly basis.

Children's Trust in Essex

In 2009 the Children's Trust arrangements in Essex undertook a review and from this recommendations were made to the Children's Trust Board.

The purpose of the Children's Trust is to provide the county-wide strategic lead of the Children’s Trust in Essex by bringing together in partnership those authorities with the duty to co-operate and other organisations co-opted in order to secure improvement in the well-being of children and young people in Essex, as defined by Section10 of the Children Act 2004.

We work very closely with the Essex Safeguarding Children Board, a statutory multi agency organisation which brings together agencies who work to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people in Essex.

All the latest developments, news, events and important documents will be uploaded to this area of the website, use the links below and on the right to access the various sections.
