Chelmsford Tomorrow Local Delivery Vehicle

The Chelmsford Tomorrow Local Delivery Vehicle's purpose is to drive forward the sustainable delivery of growth and regeneration in Chelmsford through the provision of strategic and community infrastructure to support regeneration and growth; maximising funding from developers and other external sources; co-ordination of projects and programme activity of constituent partners.
