Network Management Partnership with Thurrock Unitary Authority

The purpose of the partnership is to work collaboratively to deliver the Network Management Duty across Essex and Thurrock (through the Essex Traffic Control Centre) as required under the Traffic Management Act. ECC to provide a service via the ETCC to cover the geographical are of Thurrock. As SLA has been written and agreed and both parties outlining the service to be delivered. The service is delivered on a daily basis (Mon Fri 6am to 7pm) through the Essex Traffic Control Centre. Alerts are sent to designated officers/members of both authorities. Monthly reports are provided to ECC and TBC concerning incidents and enquiries. People ECC ITS and Congestion Manager, TBC Traffic Manager, staff of the Essex Traffic Control Centre.
