Smarte East

SMARTE EAST is an alliance of three first tier authorities in the East Region (Essex, Herts and Suffolk) working to deliver an ongoing efficiency agenda of guaranteeing value for money. The objectives are to:

• deliver building construction projects for 10% less than current baseline costs
• improve predictability of delivery to programme
• achieve consistency in quality standards
