The overall Programme is split into four workstreams or improvement themes

1. Excellence in planning, policy development, resource targeting & delivery of joint priorities
2. Giving Brentwood residents more of a say in more things
3. Transforming the customer experience for Brentwood residents
4. Delivering excellent VFM to Brentwood residents

The partnership has significant potential to improve the services provided to Brentwood residents and to release valuable resources to front line service delivery.
