HEC is an education improvement partnership of 50 learning providers

HEC is unique in the UK, being both the largest education partnership in the country and a group which supports learners at all ages and stages of learning

In addition to primary and secondary schools, our membership includes Adult and Community Learning providers and the Pupil Referral Unit/Integrated Support Service bases in Harlow. We work closely with each other and with the local community, in order to improve learning opportunities ~ which we believe will have a major role to play in the future of Harlow as a successful, growing community.
