Organisation: Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (Unitary Authority)

We spend approximately £502m each year and employ more than 5,000 staff. We speak up for the town's interests in a number of areas, including health, community safety, regeneration and environmental matters, and ensure that a diverse range of services are provided such as refuse collection to every household in the borough and home care to those who need assistance.
