Organisation: Centre for Action on Rape and Abuse (CARA)

Centre for Action on Rape and Abuse (CARA) is a confidential service for children, young people of both genders under the age of 19 and adult women who have suffered any form of sexual violence, past or present.  Services include formal counselling, emotional support and advocacy.  We also offer support to report and to court.  CARA operates across the whole of mid and north east Essex.
